I sit down by the edge of the of the water and stare at my reflection. No wonder no one has spoken to me. I am horrible. I splash away my reflection as my eyes blur. I hold back the tears. No one must see me cry. I must not cy.

As Zeein made his way from the Ares cabin with his Ipod in hand, he couldn't help but feel awful. None of his brother's of sister's talked to him, and his dad has yet to answer his prayers. Despite how crappy he was feeling, he was still pretty hungry. He walked over to the grill and took two hamburger patties with cheese and made a double. He used everything they had, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles. When he finally sunk his teeth into it his eyes lit up for just a moment, he was starving and this really hit the spot.

After he pretty much inhaled his food, he looked around. He saw a few people playing in the lake and a few others chatting. He went over to a chair, and sat down. His thick dark brown hair blowing in the wind some. He made a mental note to cut it soon, but right now it didn't matter. He just silently watched as the camper's conversed and played. His Ipod playing the tracks he knew all to well, the only thing that was keeping him together right now was the music device.

Cole smiled over at Aria. "You want to get something to eat?" he asked. His arm was still around her shoulder, and he was very much okay with that.

I walk down to the lake. There are plates heaped with food. I fill one with a beefy hamburger and sit down on a wooden bench. I had decided to come to the barbeque for food. I hoped a couple of my friends would show up. It would be lonely without them. I had spent the afternoon playing basketball by myself.

I had decided to show up at the barbeque even though I didn't have many friends. Why not. I grabbed a coke. I had had a stomach ache all day but didn't feeling like lying on my bunk the rest of the evening as I had been doing all day. Even though the food looked tempting, I didn't take any. I sat on the ground by the lake and stuck my feet in. The water was cool.

I blush " Sure " I say, it was a nice day for a barbeque and there was quite a crowd. I felt a little shy around all these people, I wasn't great at socializing, I always said the wrong things by accident.

Cole smiled as he led them over to the food tables. "What do you wanna eat?" he asked. He grabbed himself and Aria each a plate. He handed one to Aria as he grabbed a burger.

I shrug " Just a burger " I say, grabbing a burger and putting it on my plate, I was trying to watch how I ate, so that I could stay skinny which some people thought was silly since I was model thin, but I wanted to be slender for the summer

Cole nodded and sat down next to Aria. "Dig in," he smiled. As he took his first bite into his burger, he tried not to be too messy. He could have good manners if he wanted to, but he never bothered to use them.

I delicately took a bite of my burger, it was pretty good, even though I was trying to be a vegetarian, but I was still having trouble with the whole vegetarian thing, I didn't eat chicken but I still ate beef and fish.

Cole stopped eating for a second to look over at Aria. Seeing the way she ate delicately made him smile, even with food still in his mouth. I'm a doofus, he thought to himself. After realizing he must he looked stupid, Cole blushed and continued to eat.

Cole chuckled sheepishly and swallowed a bite full. "Thanks," he says. Finishing up his burger he looked over at Aria. "Care for some dessert milady?"

" Depends on the type of dessert " I say, I enjoyed Ice cream, brownies and cookies and sometimes Blueberry muffins, the blueberry muffins from the mortal grocery store called Publix were good, but I hated Cake, sometimes pies and I despised cupcakes. I was odd like that

"Ice cream?" he offered, smiling. He absolutely loved ice cream. And he never really had a favorite flavor. He loved them all.

" Sure do they have vanilla " I ask, Vanilla and Cookies and Cream were my favorite flavors, I'd never really liked Chocolate as a flavor for ice cream because most of the time they used dark chocolate

I stood around, looking around the groups of people. Wonder what's for dessert. Ice cream? Pie? Or brownies? Or how about all three. That would be nice.

Can't believe my cabin lost Capture the Flag. I mean really, they probably weren't trying. We could be a team by ourselves and win if they actually tried too. But hey at least free food, free barbeque for all.

I walk towards the Barbeque area and spot Ethan, I quickly jog over and smile " Hi " I say feeling a little nervous.

I walk towards the Barbeque and quickly pull out a mirror, I quickly apply lip gloss and mascara and then I snap the pocket mirror shut, I wait for Daniel feeling a little nervous.

I stroll into the crowd of people at the BBQ and spot Kristen. I come to her side. I wasn't wearing a tux or anything. Actually, I was wearing a blue sleeveless shirt and blue jean shorts. "Go find a table, I'll get the food, 'ight?"

" Okay " I say smiling, I sit down at a table under a maple tree, it was nice and cool and provided shade from the hot sun.

I move over to the table they were handing trays out at. I grab two trays and two sweat teas. If Kristen didn't like sweat tea, I would get her something else. Spotting Kristen again, I set her tray in front of her before sitting down beside her. "Great spot huh?"

"I didn't know this camp had this many people. It's like a small army, or maybe an abnormally large crowd." I take a sip of tea realizing I didn't ask Kristen if she liked it. "Hey you like the sweat tea? if not I can get you something else."

"It's crowded, do you think there's any places left to sit?" I asked.
It's gonna be hard to try to find a place to sit in this crowd. What was I expected though? How doesn't like barbeques?
