Camp Barbeque

" First off, I want to get my right foot out of pain. Then I'll think about it." I replied.

"Okay" I say to her as we arrive

I limp in with Jonas, waiting for a medic to help me.

I stand there with her waiting for someone to come

A member of the Apollo cabin comes over. "What's wrong with you?" he asks me. "I fell out of a tree. Probably sprained my ankle" I said. He muttered something and put a salve over my ankle. The pain lifted. "Thanks!" I say as I'm walking out the door.

I follow her

"I'm going swimming again. Wanna come?" I ask Jonas.

"Sure" I say to her taking off my shirt again

I whistle for Rufus, then dive into the lake, my clothes becoming a swimsuit. I float around, looking at clouds.

I dive in after her, her body sure fit that swimsuit.

I swam around, inhaling the salty summer air. Rufus splashed around me, wanting a toy. I toss him one. He doggy-paddles away happily. I watch Jonas swim around. Mikayla, you've got to help me. I thought in vain.

I lay on my back, floating on the surface on the water wondering what to do.

I play fetch with my dog, looking at Jonas every once in a while.

I look at Blythe and her dog, and wonder what I should do

During a long throw to Rufus, I looked at Jonas. Our eyes met, and I smiled, blushing. I turned back to Rufus.

I sigh and dive under the water

I come back above water
near Blythe, my mouth inches away from hers

I slowly walk toward the warm fire, feeling awkward. I feel my cheeks turn red from the embrassment of arriving late to camp. It is my first day....[/i][i]night at the camp and it had to be during the camp bonfire. I gasp in pain as the wound put on my arm by one of the Kindly Ones stings. I pull my sleeve on my black shirt down a little.

I stare at Jonas, him being only a few inches away from me. Rufus came over and started licking my face. "Rufus!" I laughed. I blushed, my mismatched eyes bright against my skin.

I don't want him to feel awkward or anything... I thought back to Mikayla. I dived under the water, waving at the nymphs.

I laugh on the inside as I go back to floating on my back again

I swim under Jonas, then yank his leg. I swim through my makeshift door and find myself 3 yards away from Jonas. I smile at him.
