Setting out on a quest

"So basically your not sure if your alive or dead and you don't know where you are. But if you were dead, how would we be able to receive the Iris message?" she asked. This had to be the strangest day of her life.

Macy sighed and stared into his eyes. "So what now?" she asked dreading having to end the message.

"Well thats helpful..." she muttered. Macy let the electricity flow back and forth between her fingers. "So if you're not sure that your dead, maybe you need to go and find out. Plus, your the son of Hades. Maybe he could pull a few sting for you?"

BIC: Macy looked back at the message, but I was gone.

Macy sighed as the message disappeared. She looked up at Courtney who was sitting in the hotel chair. They were both a little stunned and sad. "I guess all we can do is wait. Guess we better pack up and go back to camp." Macy gathered up her stuff and walked out of the hotel with Courtney.

They got onto the plane and sat in silence. Macy felt a little better up in the sky where she could feel the lightening and closeness of her father. They got a cab and rode back to camp half blood.

Macy payed the driver and hopped out of the cab. She stretched her arms and inhaled the air. The sun was just about to go down behind the clouds and then wind whipped her hair at her face. She turned to Courtney, "I guess that's it." Macy looked down at her black boots and then at the hill. Wait, that couldn't... Macy squinted her eyes. "WHAT THE HECK?!?!?!" she shouted in disbelief. There, out on the far hill, stood Adam Dunlap.

OCC: so do you still want me to go to the underworld or just keep going here?

OOC: No, it's fine.

BIC: I smiled, and saw Macy and Courtney. I waved, and watched them.

I gasped. "It's...it's..."

"It's the guy who's going to be really sorry he said he isn't dead!" Macy filled in Courtney's sentence and started walking up the hill. The grass behind her was slightly singed and smoking as she trampled on it.

Macy walked over the invisible line that guarded the camp. She marched right up to Adam and tapped her foot. "You've got 5 minutes. Start talking."

"Why are you smiling? Can't you see that I'm about ready to totally freak out? How are you back?" she said getting frustrated.

"So all it takes to get out of the Underworld?" Macy said laughing, but then returning to her hash expression.

"Well it's a bit frustrating when someone says they're dead and then they show up at camp after having everyone devastated!" she said annoyed.

OCC: gtg out to dinner be back in about an hour

Macy stopped sparking. "And don't you forget it." she said laughing and hugging him back. Then she looked over and saw Courtney standing there. "Come on Courtney, group hug! We all made it back and Davian is now in the infirmary which is keeping him as a nursery. We did awesome!" Then she gave them all a high five.

"Totally." Macy said walking down the hill. "Now lets go get something to eat! I'm starved!"
