James Valentine at the beach

"So you just kiss random guys that you aren't dating?" He asked Jokingly although there was some jealousy.

"I never said that!"I said getting kind of defensive.I quikcly lost the feeling and hugged him."I do not do that.This is the first time and Im glad I did."I said calmly.

James hugged her back and said, "I was just joking. And technically, I kissed you. Just like this." James leaned in and kissed Mini. Shocks. More shocks seem to come everytime he kisses her.

I kissed back enjoying the strange shocks inbetween us.I was thanking his mom for being so awsome.I looked him in the eyes.I was pretty sure my eyes had changed color but it wasnt one I had changed to before.This one was involintary.

James thought 'Finally, something good in my life. I hope she doesn't turn out to be a monster like most of the others.' James looked into her eyes. It was incredable. They had changed color to pink. James hasn't ever heard of eyes that changed color depending on the persons mood before, but I guess i can ask Mini about it anytime.

He looked at my eyes and I kinda paniked.I looked away at a nearby tree."Were they that creepy?"I said in almost a whisper.I had no idea what color my eyes were and I couldnt get them to change back.I was a little worried.

James looked at her weirdly and turned her head back toward him so he could look at her eyes. "No. Their unique. I've never seen eyes that change color before. I think they are beautiful."

I smiled my eyes turning fusia.I kissed him and hugged him."How do you always know what to say?"I asked him.

James kissed her back and hugged her tightly. "I don't know. Just how I was born. I was born to be good with girls. Thought I will never understand girls. They can be weird sometimes." James said with a little teasing laugh.

James hugged her tighter. "Wanna play this game?" He asked, smiling down at her. "Im pretty sure i can win."

I looked up at him and rolled my eyes."Really?"I said making my eyes turn indigo.I smiled my devilesh smile and hugged him harder.This was gonna be interesting.

James hugged her hard, but not hard enough to crack a rib. He then picked her up and swung her around, still hugging her hard.

James sqeezed tighter. "Do you give?" He asked, starting to stop. He really didn't want to hurt her. He promised to protect her, not hurt her,

I leaned in and gave him a kiss."Hows that for an answer?"I said loosening my hug.I felt so safe with him.I felt like Id known him forever.

James laughed as he kissed her back. "That's a pretty good answer." He said smiling and putting one hand gently on her head and the other on her back, hugging her gently against his chest.

I hugged back this time not squezing him."You know nobody has ever hugged me like this before.I really like it."I said resting my head on his sholder.I closed my eyes knowing if they kept changing color my magykal energy would run out way too quickly.

James looked down at her and smiled. "I've never held anyone like this before." James admitted. "But something told me you'd like it." James said with a sly wink.

'Your a son of aphrodite.How do you not know stuff like this?"I said looking up at him.I had changed my eyes back to black though they probably still had their regular circle of indigo.I smiled at him resting my head on his shoulder again.

James shrugged, and held her close. He was getting this weird feeling in his stomach when they touched. James didn't know what it was but he liked this feeling and wanted it to last forever.

"Have you ever wondered why shakespear always makes his most romantic stories end in tragedy?"I said almost to myself.I still had my eyes closed and my head on his shoulder.I didnt know why but I always felt like there was electrical energy running through me whenever we touched.I enjoyed the feeling thouroly.

James laid down and pulled Mini with him. "Because people expect them to end happily ever after. And they are surprised when it ends in death." James said as he looked down at her.

"Mhmm.You know theres this baby version of romeo and juliet were nobody dies and theres no fued inbetween the familys.Needless to say I burned it."I said opening my eyes and looking at him.My eyes felt kind of weird after all the color change they had been through.

James looked at her. Her eyes were so beautiful. James wished he could just lay here with Mini for the rest of his life. He leaned down and asked her a simple question. "Have you ever been in love?"
