James Valentine at the beach

'Youd be suprised but I think Ive met one whos this great guy.Hes handsome,great with dagers,and he defeated a sea serpent singlehandedly."I said looking up at him.Today was the best day ever.I hoped I would never forget it though I doubted that would happen.

James jokingly put on a jealous face and asked "Who? I demand to know who so I can kick their butt and win you." James said, trying with all his might to not smile.

I decided to play along."Well hes sixteen.He owns two dagers and is very strong.I think hes simply the best kisser out there."I said teasingly.I stared into his eyes trying hard not to burst out laughing.

James was onto her. "Whats his name? I demand to know. I might just have to kill him." James put on the most serious face ever.

"His names is James valentine and hes the sweetest guy in the world."I said leaning in and kissing him on the lips.I was totally in love with this guy.

James kissed her back. The kiss was blissful and sweet. James couldn't tell what he waas feeling, but he liked it.

I smiled with my eyes closed.I was feeling all bubbly like after I read a good romance book."I wonder if my dad would agree to me being with you."I mumbled almost unconcoisly.I opened my eyes and tensed a little.My dad wasnt very kind to boys I dated.

James laughed. "I have a way of making people like me." James said with a sly smile. He then hugged her and said, "Don't worry. I'm sure he will love me. As long as we don't ever kiss or get physical." James said with a laugh.

"Thats only cause youve never met him.He will try to interegate you once ya meet."I said my voice full of concern.My dad was extremly protective of me.My last boyfreind almost got scared for life when my dad set a bunch of zombies after him to check his 'Survival skills'.Having a son of hades for a dad wasnt as fun as it seemed.

James smiled. "I'm sure I can handle him. Trust me. Parents love me." James said, not worried in the slightest.

I laughed so loud Im sure kids in the zues cabin could hear me."My dad is the toughest man alive.My last Boyfreind got zombies sent after him so dad could test his 'fighting skills'"I said making air quoteints in the air.My dad could kick but.

James laughed. "Zombies?! No way! I could totally take zombies! You saw the way I handled that sea serpent." James said with a laugh. 'I'll admit, he does a little intimidating though.' He thought to himself.

"And a hellhound.Hes a son of hades and not a very nice one."I said smiling at him.My dad could be worse than Circe sometimes.I kissed him and said"Dont worry Im sure he wont do that to you."I of coarse doubted that but no need to tell that to him.

James kissed her back and smiled. Then said with an excited grin, "When can I meet him? He sounds like so much fun!" James laughed. He really did want to meet her dad. He sounded like a pretty cool guy. But James doubted he would think that for very long after meeting him.

I sighed and rolled my eyes.His exited grin would disappear as soon as he met him."Hes gonna visit camp at the middle of the summer."I said.He was gonna be in for a big surprise.

James smiled. "Awesome! I can't wait." James said excitedly. "Do you think he'll like me?" James started to really worry he wouldn't approve of James.

I smiled brightly at him and said "Dont worry.Youve saved my life once already.Im sure he wont try to find every single one of your darkest secrets."I was being completly serious about the whole darkest secrets thing.

James smiled innociently and said, "Dark secrets? Me? No way. I'm an open book. No deep dark secrets here." James looked away. He had some pretty bad secrets. most of which involving the girls he's been with. Most of them turned out to be monsters after the second date.

I rolled my eyes."Yeah.Sure.Your as clean as a whistle and more inocent than the pope."I said a small lopside smile appearing on my face.He was to cute not to have dated other girls.I had dated other guys and I really wasnt the jelouse kind.

James smiled and said defensively, "Ive only been with..." He started counting them out on his fingers. "...20 something girls and over half of them turned out to be monsters trying to kill me. Beside, out of all of them I've never felt what I feel when I kiss you. It's like electricity." James said, trying to figure out what that feeling was.

"You know telling me how many girls youve dated dosent really help."I said rolling my eyes.I was kind of pleased about the electrical kiss thing."Ive been with.."I started counting with my fingers,"..about 7 guys and three of them turned out to be venti and one was some weird squid monster thing."I said remembering that weird day when instead of holding my boyfreinds hand I found myself holding a tentacle.Not a good day.

James looked disgusted as she mentioned Her dating a squid monster. Then he laughed and said jokingly, "You didn't kiss him, did you?" He asked. The thought of someone kissing a squid monster was revolting.

"He never got to that stage.None of my other boyfreinds did either."I said a little devilish smile appearing on my face.James hadnt been my first kiss but I wasnt about to tell him that.Today had been to fun for me to be an idiot and ruin it.

James sighed. "So you were a kissing virgin until you kissed me?" James said with a little joking laugh. He wasn't judging her. He was just teasing her. James was still confused about that feeling though.

"I didnt say that."I said suddenly tacking a real interest in the clouds.I wasnt fond of tacking about my old relationships consedering the majoraty had ended with a fight to the death.
