I walk into the Arena with interest. I look at all the dummies and suddenly had the urge to pick up a sword and show one of them who was boss. Wow. Violent much, Val? I thought to myself. I looked over at the other side of the Arena to see one boy take his sword and bringing in right home in his abdomen. I screamed and looked away as sword met flesh. I then recongnized him as the boy I had seen at my Cabin earlier. The one who had disappeared before my very eyes. I ran over as I shouted, "Whoa! What the hell are you doing?!" I knelt next to him and put my hands on either sides of his face. "Stop! What are you doing?!"

I wince as he quickly takes out the sword. I move away from him now that the sword is disconnected from his body. "Well now I'm making it my business. Do you think I'm gonna stand by while someone is mutilating themself. Nah-uh," I say with conviction.

I watch as he pulls out a locket and put some weird looking dust on his wounds. Then, he fell over on the ground and his chest stopped moving. "Oh my gods!" I move closer to him and reach out a hand to help him up.

I recoiled my hand as he sat up, completley fine. I tried to get a hold on some words. Eventually, my voice came back to me."What do you do after the 24 hours is up? Do you get your injuries back?" I said what a shudder.

My eyes widen as he explains this to me. I look over at the pixie. "Hi..." I say to it. I look back at the boy. "Oh, I just realized I'd never introduced myself. I'm Valkyrie." I hesitantly held out my hand for him to shake.
