Playing Vollyball with my New Friend.

I walk into the pit holding a vollyball I had borrowed from another camper. I waited for Crystal. Others can join if they wanted too.

I see Raymond and jog up next to him puling my pony tail holder out and slipped my flip flops off.

"Hey. You serve first." I tossed her the ball.

I catch the ball and walk around the net. "Ok." I put the ball in my left hand close my right hand in a fist bring it back and swing making the ball sail over the net.

I run to the left and hit the ball back over the net.

I run foward sending sand flying up and hit it over the net.

My battle instincts kick in and I do a back flip, jump in the air, and slam the ball over the net. And out the pit. "Wow, my bad."

I stare at him stunned my eyes huge. "How did you do that......" i managed to say.

"I'm not sure." I stare at my hands, with wide eyes.

I sit down suddenly not feeling like getting the ball. "I did that once, flipped over a table at thanksgiving my aunt thought i was crazy." I look up at him. "I can't read english either, my mom says i have ADD."

"No of course not, Melina this is Raymond he is also a child of Athena."

"Hi." I wave to the new person. "Sure you can play with us."

I stand up and get the ball from where Raymond hit it last.

"Who's team will you be on?" I ask.

"Your on then." I say with a grin.

"Bring it on." I said smiling

I nod and hit the ball over the net.

Ready I hit it back over making sure to aim away from the two.

I run backwards barely hitting it back over the net.

I lightly hit it away from the net so that I can jump and hit it hard back over.
