Table 6: Athena Cabin

I looked over at the table full of people just like us. Finally a family."Wow ok."

"Thanks" I said taking the tray.

I looked at her like she was crazy but got some food from the counter and tossed it into the fire pit and said"Athena."

I smiled at the words of 'your mother'. "I think i have alot to learn." I say looking at the fire.

The food was so good,better than anything i ever had, i looked over at Melina thinking that for once i might actually have a friend.

I noticed i was eating fast,i slowed down a little. Looking around the mess hall i saw campers sitting together i was guessing they were grouped by parents. A guy caught my eye he had jet black hair and sea green eyes i quickly turned around and focused on my food.

I scramble in and spot Crystal. "Oh, hey. Sorry I'm late." I sit down across from her.

I smile when I see raymond. "No it's fine Melina was just showing me around."

I grab a tray of food and an empty cup.

I twist my crly blond hair between my finger.I finally felt like i belonged somewhere.

I scrape some food off my plate into the fire nearby. "I hope Athena likes French toast." I tell Crystal as I sit back down. I pick up an empty cup. "Now where can I get some Milk?" Just like that there was milk in the cup. "That was easy." I murmur.

I stare at his cup. "orange juice." I say then there was orange juice in the cup. "I love this place, it's like magic." I mutter.

"Yeah..." I pick up my plate. "Toast." Nothing happened. "Okay no toast then..."

I laugh and scrap a piece of my toast onto his plate.

"Thanks, Crystal." I take a bite. "Man, good toast..."

"No promblem, it feels like everthing is good here."

"Yeah it is." I finish my breakfast. "I'm ready when you are."

"Ok. where to next? Volleyball?"
