A Fight or Just Practice?

"Yeah.I know exactly who did it,but I don't want to into detail."I think for a moment.My sword flies into my hand."Looks like he's done with it." I say with a sneer.I examine it.He had done what I'd thought he'd done.The sword itself was undamaged,but the monster slime was gone.He would be using it to make another poison.I was furious at myself.

"It wasn't my fault.You don't know what's happening.I can't resist the power of a god." I say flatly,refusing to say anymore.

"Look,I know,but it's a demi-god with a god on his side.My brother accidentally gave him access to the enchantments on it,so he can call it from me at certain times."

"really," I say with an eyebrow cocked, "and what god is it that is on his side?"

"Zeus.Plus the enchantments have been tampered with somehow."

"Then just get someone to fix them," I suggest.

"I don't know who to ask." I reply.

I shrug and say, "I'm new here I wouldn't know either."

"I mean,I have an idea,but I'm not sure."

"That's the one problem.He doesn't live here,or even come here,to Camp Half-Blood.He just shows up every once in awhile.I've been trying to find him for a long time."

"then set a trap," I say brandishing an old fashioned landmine and a grin, "I can help."

"Good idea." I say with a smirk.

"Thanks."

"well then," I ask him, "how are we going to do it?"

"I've got a few plans back in my cabin.How bout we meet in the forest at one,and we'll decide from there."

"Why be so dramatic with the forest," I ask, "why not just meet here."

"Because this kid only shows up in the forest.He doesn't like to be seen,and he uses people who come by."

"then why not just leave him alone eh?" I suggest, "or att least until he strikes again. What does he have against you anyway?"

"I helped protect someone he wanted dead.I'm not saying who."

"Rick,but what does that matter?"
