| First of all, I love red velvet. And secondly--
I understand these moods. In all honesty, they suck. >.< I know that this sounds really stupid and corny, but my best suggestion is to breathe deeply and try to calm yourself. Also, instead of eating a lot making up for being in a mood, try meditating (I know, again, sounds stupid - but it honestly works). | |
