boredom by the creek.

I sat down by the creek.I had a lot of things to figure out,but right now I was just bored.

I walked along the creek, listening to It, watching the water flow.

I turned my head.Footsteps.Probably another camper."Whos there?" I called out.

I hid back, not wanting to expose myself yet. I kept walking, out of site, but making enough noise to keep the boy on edge.

I tried to draw my knife,in case it was my brother,but i'd forgotten he'd stolen it."Hello?Whos there?"

"Yo,Colby.Someones coming.Listen." I tell him.

I walked behind them. "Hello" I whispered from the trees, throwing my voice, still not visible.

I jumped."Man,I wish I had my knife."

I laughed silently to myself, I loved doing this type of thing to people. I went to the other side of the kid who jumped, getting close behind hi and said "Why so jumpy?"

I turned around quickly."I thought you were someone else." I didn't wanna talk about it though.

I step back a bit from the girl.

I then decide to reveal myself. I step out with a smirk on my face. "Welcome, one and all," I said, bowing and sweeping my arm across the space in front of me.

"Hi." I say,now a little annoyed.

"How are you all?" I ask, taking this in. Theuy were probably mad from the scaring but I dont care, thats what I do.

"Fine."

I take my sword out. It gleams in the reflection of the sun. "What brings you here?" I ask, making some jabs, practicing.

"Nothing much."

I walk up, 'Hey!" i smile.

"Halo!What's up?" I say,and walk up to her.

I smile.
