Brief History: Toby Hall was born in Lincoln, Nebraska. He grew up in a very rich family. His father was a single father, due to the apparent death of his mother shortly after birth, until Toby reached the age of 5 when his father married Evelyn Hall. Evelyn Hall was an abusive mother. Evelyn would hit Toby as soon as he would get home from school. His father knew he had to do something about it, so right after Toby had his ninth birthday party Toby's father took Toby to Camp Half-Blood in New York.
Physical Appearance: Toby is a bulky guy that is 6' 1"and a figure that could make someone mistake him as an Ares kid. He has rough dirty-blonde hair and no matter what he does to it it is always messy. He has piercing gray eyes that could be used to intimidate anyone. He has a natural olive colored skin that he has from his father who is of Hispanic descent.
Personality: Toby is a friendly guy who makes friends easily. He is so trustworthy that he can be trusted with another persons life as soon as he knows and trusts that person, that is. He has massive trusting issues, causing him not to trust another until he truly believes he knows him. This is mainly because of his situation with his step-mother. He also has an extreme fear of spiders and thunder and thunderstorms.
