Meet the family (private- libby and pink)

Just walking towards the cabin Caleb could hear the chatter of gossip, and just the overall scent of perfume and beauty products extended outside the cabin walls. Caleb wasn't sure if he was supposed to bring flowers or anything, so he opted to come empty handed. He didn't think it would matter that much. Knowing that Amber would be waiting on him he expected her to answer the door. He knocked twice like he always did and waited for her to answer.

When the person answering the door was not Amber, Caleb was extremely shocked. He fought to find words, but quickly found a lot of nothing. Show Caleb a monster, or have him debate with Socrates. Just please don't have a girl catch him off guard. Stumbling over his words he finally managed to ask if Amber was there. He probably looked like such a cluts. He was actually a bit collected and calm when he needed to be, but it was hard for him to even keep his head on his shoulder when he thought about Amber. This was a very rare occasion for him. What any Aphrodite girl would have anything to do with him blew his mind. He wasn't complaining though. He enjoyed it.

Caleb stood with a slight horror as his date's sister threatened him. Even more so when Amber proceeded to hug him. The son of Athena expected this threatening from Ares, or even his cabin. Aphrodite was last on his list of cabins he thought would threaten his life. Caleb waited until he was sure that the older Aphrodite girl was out of sight before placing a kiss on Amber's cheek. As expected when he got to his cabin everyone already knew that he was with Amber that afternoon. He only got a little crap when he left to go out with his date. Most of the people were excited and impressed. Still scared of Amber's older sister, he cautiously put his arm around her. "Your sister is terrifying."

Caleb looked around and thought. There were so many ideas going through his head. The possibility of speaking them all was impossible. Caleb, even being the geek he was, still dressed like most Hermes kids. He wasn't in cabin 11 for long, but it affected a lot about him, and the most noticeable was his sense in fashion. He wore a band tee shirt, that honestly, Caleb had never even heard of the band. His jeans were tore in the left knee, not by choice or design though. The shirt just covered his scar, so he wore a soft, thin black jacket. His converse sported a black, white, and gray skull pattern. If you were going to tell that he was a son of Athena, you'd have to look at his face, his hair, or his eyes. His clothing style told you nothing. He looked at Amber's lacy dress, and smiled. They were so different, but it wasn't hard to tell they went along together. Just because they looked like polar opposites didn't mean it looked like they hated eachother. "So where you want to go?"

She suggested the carnival and Caleb smiled. He loved carnivals and fairs. All the rides, and games, and scams, and fried food. It was great. Caleb was usually able to win a few of the impossible games, which got him some nice prizes. Most of the games were understanding how to win, which most people didn't. The Ferris wheels were always his favorite. They always gave him such a beautiful view of the city. The ones in Chicago were the best, but New York had some nice ones too.

Caleb rolled his eyes when she insisted on stopping by and meeting his siblings. He couldn't think of a reason to not. If they didn't Caleb and Amber would be a rumor up for anyone to change. Reluctantly, Caleb agreed. Using his hand on her's, he pulled Amber closer to him, kissed her on the cheek again, and placed his arm over her shoulder. "Let's meet my siblings."
