The Huge August Update

Good evening there!

Here are the Mod and Admin teams bringing you one of the larger updates of recent.

As the Zombie Apocalypse is drawing to an end in a few days, we're sad to announce that Crispy Bacon and Sniggle (after ending the ZA) have decided to resign from their post of temporary admins. We also confirm, to those of you living in the nooks and crannies of rocks, that Zelly and Zan have also resigned from adminship some time ago. Sapphire, has left the Character Mods as well due to her hectic real life.

You guys have contributed a great deal to CHB, and we'd like to thank you on behalf of the entire site. A huge thank you for all your contributions and dedications to CHB.

This somber news aside though, we also have two new admins: Beanie (Bean) and Faith Lehane (Vina)! So because of these recent changes in staff, we're also going to have moderator and admin elections once again! There'll be another update on those soon, so please do keep your eyes out for it.

The Drachma Shop has been revamped, and the Mentor Thread remade! Our Drachma Shop has been refreshed and cleaned up for your convenience.  Older and enthusiastic members who meet the requirements for mentorship, do head on to the Mentor thread and submit an application. Confused newer members, feel free to check it out too and perhaps you'll find a new best friend!

Next, the following matter has been long debated, and we've finally come to a consensus. Cabin Leaders and Group Leaders (Hunters) have been temporarily removed. Reason is that they're currently not doing much, and we'd like to set new rules and requirements and such for the role. Also, the CL elections are long overdue. So they'll have to be temporarily removed in order for us to appropriately modify the ranks and implement the changes.

We're also in the process of making camp beads for you guys! If you have any ideas as to how the beads should look like, feel free to start a suggestion thread, or PM Summer directly.

The plot is also going to move on, towards the Battle of the Labyrinth. Again, if you have any suggestions, feel free. When the ZA ends, and you have any topics you want to continue roleplaying, be sure to PM an admin to move it out of the Graveyard for you.

Lastly, these areas of the site have recently been updated. They may not be modified much but we strongly encourage you to go through them again so you don't miss out on imporatant changes.
