| Jace Howards- Son of Dionysus Sometimes, Jace was fascinated at how serene the camp could be. Other times, he was positive that it would go down in flames and the gods would forget about their children. But until that happened, Jace would sit right at the trunk of the tree that made the magical boundaries with the golden fleece. He chewed on an apple, the juice squirting down the red flesh which made his hands sticky. Jace hadn't had a real meal since... Well he couldn't remember. The sunlight flashed through the trees and the son of Dionysus knew he was safe from the zombies... For now. He looked around him, tossing the apple behind his back. He was bored, and Jace hated it. His ADHD made him do something at all times, and sitting there contemplating the universe wasn't in his agenda to do. But instead of getting up and doing something about it, Jace just sat there. Soon, he saw a person walk up to the tree. Oh good, I finally get some company. I hope it's decent. Thought Jace. OOC- Sorry for the short post. They'll be longer once we get further into the RP. | |

| Aramis Davis - Daughter of Phobos Finally, a safe place. At least for now.
Ara made her way to the tree that protecting the camp with it's magical boundaries. The tree that was kept alive by the golden fleece. The tree that protected camp from monsters and hidden from eyes of mortals, but apparently it can't protect camp if the monsters, err- in this case zombies, were already inside of it. Great.
She couldn't help but notice the teen sitting right at the trunk of the tree. He had brown hair and brown eyes to match. He doesn't look like someone she recongnizes. Apparently, he looked a bit irritated with nothing to do. It was most likely his ADHD. All demigods, including her, have it. Though it hard-wires them for battle, it makes it really hard for them concentrate on something, so she can understand his irritation.
She settled herself down at the base of the tree, just a few centimeters away from him. She turned her head away from him, hoping to avoid eye contact. What should she do? should she just keep quiet and wait for him to say some thing? or should she make the first move? She knows that she should be able to talk to people more, but the problem is, she doesn't know how to handle it. What should I do? She was never good a these kind of things. Gods, why is she so unexperienced with people?
After a good few seconds of conflicting descisions, she finally decided.
"H-Hello." She said softly, ending the short silence between them.(OOC: I honestly don't know what's going on with this zombie apocalypse thing, so I'm just going with it, but do you mind explaining what's going on? XD)

| (ooc- Sure I'll explain it! So Kronos and some of the Hades demigods on his side have managed to raise the dead. In the morning campers usually get supplies, i.e food, clothing, water, weapons. In the night, they hide out in the safe places in camp, but each one has its downfall. Some campers are trying to get rid of the zombies, but we don't know when it will end.) Jace Howards- Son of Dionysus A girl had tentatively sat beside Jace, looking awkwardly away. Jace looked at her. He had to admit, he didn't know her, and it seemed like she didn't know him. It was strange, not being popular for once. Everyone back at home knew his name, his reputation, what he did and who he did it with. The people at camp could care less, they were all swooning over the people who had completed quests or did something heroic amongst the chaos the zombies had created. The girl had brown hair and brown eyes, with pale skin. And then after a few moments of awkward silence, which Jace felt it was the girls fault because he wasn't the one who sat down beside him, so naturally it would be the girls job to strike up a conversation. The girl spoke. Her weak 'hello' was soft and unsure, as if she was scared to even open her mouth and speak. "Hi." Jace said simply, and he hoped his voice was friendly. He stretched out his legs, which were covered with tattered and torn jeans with a fair amount of blood on it, both the zombies and his own. He wore a dark purple T-shirt with a leather jacket, and those seemed relatively clean because Jace had the good sense to clean them. He had another pair of jeans back in his cabin, but he was not going to get up and go there. "So zombies..." He said lamely, looking at the ground and tearing fistfuls of grass out of the ground. "They're a pain in the ass, right?" The demigod could practically hear himself groan mentally. What happened to his charm? His charisma? His 'I'm a bad boy' attitude? Oh yeah, Howards. Jace thought bitterly in his head. This is how you strike up a good conversation. | |

| Aramis Davis - Daughter of Phobos She somewhat grinned at his attempt to start the conversation. "Yeah." she said in her soft voice. She did find them to be rather troublesome. Zombies can usually can be found in books, televion, film, basically any type of fictional literature. But if Greek gods and monsters do exist, unfortunately, so can zombies.
She absentmindedly tugged on one of the strings of her sleeveless, dark blue hoodie as she was brainstorming for more conversation starters. What should she say next? Maybe she should ask for his name. That could work. "So... um.... What's your name?" She looked down at the grass-covered ground before looking back right at him, struggling to maintain eye contact. "I'm Ara." She hoped that she wasn't making him feel a bit anxious. Well, she's the daughter of Phobos, the god of fear. So she kind of has that effect on people.(OOC: Thanks!)

| Jace Howards- Son of Dionysus Jace didn't have a fear, unless you counted not being able to fight, which he didn't. His parents had raised him to be a cocky arrogant boy with confidence to back you up on every argument he found himself in. He was very spoiled, with designer clothes and even his very own race car. "I'm Jonathan. But everyone calls me Jace, and that includes you, Ara." Her name felt weird on his tongue, like it was part of a foreign language. But he supposed that his name didn't settle to well either. That annoying awkwardness between the two campers came again, but it was weaker this time. The sun was beating down on Jace's back like the sun god was personally punishing him. But the ball of gas and fire was setting further and further into the hills dotted on the horizon Soon, he knew that they would have to move inside. If he wanted a good spot for the night, he had better start getting ready now, or regret it later. Still, Ara seemed like good enough company. Jace made a decision to bring her along with him if he wanted. "So the zombies will be coming soon I think. I'm gonna go somewhere where I can A) take those nasty undead things back to Hades where they belong or B) Watch the bloodshed from down below. Would you like to come with me?" He stood up and brushed the discarded grass blades off of his pants. He frowned slightly. These were the ones that his father had bought him for his half birthday, which wasn't long ago. They were his favorite ones, and they were also the first to be ruined. Kicking the shrived apple core down the hill, Jace stuck his hands in his pockets, waiting for an answer from Ara. Along with being spoiled and cocky, Jace Howards was also very impatient. | |

| Aramis Davis - Daughter of Phobos "Sure. It's nice to have compinions I guess." she said in a low voice. She's been survining on her own these past several days. That's a pretty impressive feat for someone like her. And up until now, she was a lone survivor with out anyone to survive it. For anyone, it was rollercoaster of fear, which could end up with death, but she understood it completely, keeping at least a bit calm and planning her way around this dead situation, but it had been lonely. But now she had found a companion, so it might not be so lonely anymore. She looked up the sky. The sun was blazing, the skies were clear. It could've been a beautiful day if it weren't for the position they were in.
The sun was high up in the sky. Some of it's rays went past the leaves as she stared up. Sure the sun was high up. Right now, it seems to be at early noon from looking at the angles of the rays. But it was going to get dark after some time. When it get's dark, the dead rise.
"So.... where should we start?" She stood up and slowly walked toward Jace. "Should we find supplies first?" Supplies were a necessity. A very important necessity. She's been gathering some since it started, so she knew all too well on how important they were. They better find some before it gets dark.(OOC: Sorry if the post dosn't really look good. I was trying to rush because I had stuff to do, and I didn't wan't to keep you waiting TT^TT)

| Jace Howards- Son of Dionysus Jace smiled, happy that he'd found a companion to wait out the night. He thrived on being social to live, like a fish needs water or a human needs air. When Ara walked toward Jace, he started to lead her down the hill, hoping she would follow him. "Hmm." He said, almost thinking to himself. If he'd been alone, the plan would be very clear and already set for him. Go into his cabin, grab weapons and food. But because Ara was with him, they obviously needed to re figure their plan. "Well the camp store has a lot of supplies, we could try there and if we can't get food or weapons I can try begging the other campers to pity us, or I can knock them out. Either way, we can figure this out." When the sun would set low in the sky, that was when the trouble would begin until the next sun rose up. Jace wasn't afraid of zombies or dying. Death was a part of demigod life, and you got used to it pretty quickly in camp. Jace Howards had his fears. For instance, watching his friends and family get murdered right in front of him. And ducks. He couldn't stand ducks, rubber or real. It was an irrational childhood fear that Jace had never had the guts to get over. Need help killing a Minotaur? Howards was your man. Wanted someone to beat up a bully for you? Call Jace. Ask him to stare at a rubber duck for a minute and he ran away screaming like a frightened little girl who just saw Slenderman. "So who's your godly parent, Ara?" Asked Jace, striking up conversation as they walked down the hill and back into camp. A couple of hours wasn't long enough to get all the food that they needed, but they'd manage.
OOC- Again I'm really sorry about not posting sooner! I'll try to do better next time.

| Aramis Davis - Daughter of Phobos "Hmm... Phobos" she said, She wondered how he would react. Would he get interested or just talk like they're doing now. "What about you?" she asked. From the looks of it, he could be an Apollo or Dionysus demigod with his personality. The fact that he was really social was practically oozing off him (in a metaphorical way of course). This was one of the things she couldn't really understand. She didn't mind companionship, but she just doesn't understand how some people could just walk up to a person and talk. How can they do that without nervousness creeping up their vocal cords? How can start out a conversation so easily? She couldn't really figure out what to do in a situation like that, but she could try.(OOC: Sorry for the short post! I could'nt figure out what to type TT^TT) | |
