Kalli skipped into the arts and crafts cabin. She had just come in from the lake, and was tired of rowing. Rowing was boring, after all. All you did was sit in a boat with some other people and... row. It made her arms hurt, and the other people in her boat had been so focused on not tipping-over or going around in circles, that they didn't talk. Kalli felt like she'd never get out of that boat.
As she skipped inside, she saw a boy in there. He seemed to be about her age, give or take. But Kalli felt something off with him. And Kalli's mom, Teresa, told her to always trust her gut.
"Hey," She asks. "Are you okay?"

Tim was just standing there when this creepy girl showed up and asked him if he was "Okay" Tim didn't care to respond. He was never ok. But he had to follow social conduct. After last time happened he was so angry he dreamed about something. All he could remember of his dream scared him. "They lied to you." Then Tim realized that he said that thought out loud. He quickly responded. "Sorry just thinking out loud. Kali right? I've seen you here before. You ever been badly injured? Because I might have helped with that as for your question.... Buzz off." He clenched his fist and than remembered how social conduct worked. "Sorry I was out of place there. I remember someone who once asked me that question. They got hurt. Bad." Tim finished trying to scare her off.

Kalli listened to the kid, which she had remembered was called Tim. She'd seen him a few times around camp, but hadn't talked to him much at all. And listening wasn't one of her strong points, either. But she remembered what her mother said, and attempted to listen anyway.
"Who lied to you-" Kalli began, but then closed her mouth as Tim continued speaking. She listened as he rambled on about hurting someone else. Kalli immediately became less chipper. "Did you hurt them on purpose...?" Kalli whispers, conveniently forgetting that Tim had said to 'buzz off'.

Tim was taken aback "Well now that you mention it...... Take a wild guess.... Just joking they got hurt like an hour later. Though part of me wished it had done it myself. No they got mugged by rival gangs. I didn't exactly grow up in a 'safe' neighborhood." Tim concluded satisfied that he bothered the girl. "I'm sorry but I don't talk to people much." Which was true people were sometimes evil. He looked into the girls eyes. "I think you mean well but I couldn't be sure. What did you want to know?" Tim didn't care what she wanted to know but he did enjoy hearing people stammer.

Kalli listened as he talked about his bad life, and how the person didn't even get hurt by him. Kalli cracked a smile at that. But the smile quickly faded when he mentioned they were mugged.
"I didn't really grow up in the safest neighborhood, either." Kalli shrugs. "It was just me and my mom. She never left me home alone, and always took my over to my aunt and uncle's." Kalli continued to explain. Tim said he didn't talk to people much. Kalli was the exact opposite. She loved people.
"What do you want to know?" Tim asked her. She dwelled on that question for a moment. "I'm not really sure. But I do know that It's stuffy in here. Why don't we go out? We can pick up lunch, and have a picnic Zephyros Creek." Kalli suggests.

Tim was shocked. He couldn't think of anyway to respond. "Well ok." He said..... He didn't even realize he had spoken till it had been about forty five seconds after. So he just went with it. "Let's go then." He said faking a smile.
