Kalliope stands at five foot six inches. Her skin is pale because of her Scottish grandparents. Because of this, Kalliope burns very easily and never leaves her cabin without SPF 50. She has a petite stature, with thin arms and legs. She has a small waist. But because of her small features, Kalliope is very agile and can get into tight spaces.
Kalliope's face is round, with a pointed chin. She has high cheekbones, and a small forehead. Her eyes are sunset-shaped with a flat bottom and a rounded top. Her eye's are a blue-grey, and can appear to be grey or blue depending on the lighting. Kalliope's nose is small and pointed, and looks like a pig's nose squished down slightly. She has plump light pink lips, and a wide smile. She has long strawberry blonde hair that goes down past her shoulders. Her hair is slightly wavy, but Kalliope usually straitens it.
Personality
Kalliope is very enthusiastic, idealistic and creative. She is able to do almost anything that interests her. She has great people skills, and loves making new friends. But, she needs to live life in accordance with her own inner values, like living in the moment and having fun. Kalliope can be very excited about new ideas, but often is bored with the minor details. Because of this, Kalliope is very open-minded and flexible, with a broad range of interests and abilities.
Minor Flaws
Kalliope is immature. She hates the fact that she is getting older, and is always looking for some excuse to have fun and act like a kid again. She often finds herself forgetting what she was doing, and she often changes her mind. Kalliope is ADHD, and takes medicine to help calm her down. Without it, she can't pay attention at all, and hops from one thing to another.
Major Flaws
Kalliope is a gossiper, and loves telling others what she believes is going on in someone else's life. She is very gullible, and honestly believes anything she hears or reads. She's also impulsive, and will run into battle without a strong plan, or any plan at all.

History
Kalliope Johnston was born to Kaitlyn Johnston in the small town of Bluefield, Virginia. Aeolus was around for a day or two after Kalliope was born, and then left. This left Kaitlyn depressed. She moved in with her sister, Teresa, who also had a daughter, and was newly-wed. Kaitlyn and Kalliope stayed with them for two years, until Kalliope's mother found a steady job. The two then moved into an apartment in downtown Bluefield in West Virginia. While Kaitlyn worked, Kalliope spent time with her cousin, Molly. And life was normal for her.
Kalliope showed little signs of being a demigod, and Kaitlyn didn't know at all that her forgotten lover was a god. Occasionally, when Kalliope walked into a room, a gust of wind entered too. Or she would be able to tell her mother if it was going to rain, or be cold later in the day or not. One year when Kalliope and Kaitlyn experienced a strange winter, where the days were sometimes cold, and others were warm, Kalliope was able to tell her mother in advance if it was going to be warm or cold that day. Kaitlyn thought of her daughter's abilities as a miracle. Some of the students in Kalliope's school called her a freak, but Kalliope didn't think much of them.
When Kaitlyn reached sixth grade, she began noticing strange things. She sometimes saw eyes looking at her from the shadows. Other times she would run home, out of breath and tell her mother that monsters had chased her home. But Kaitlyn simply thought that Kalliope's imagination was just getting out of hand. During that summer, the Johnston's received a letter from New York. The letter said that Kalliope was accepted into a school for kids with special talents, and Kalliope had been accepted in for art. The bus pass had already been paid, and a week later, Kalliope was on her way to New York. When she got there, the 'school' was really just a camp. Everything was explained to Kalliope that she was a demigod, and a week later, was claimed by her father, Aeolus.
Family
Kaitlyn Johnston: Kaitlyn is Kalliope's mother. She is Fourty-seven, and works at a dentist office as a doctor's assistant.
Molly Fields: Molly is Kalliope's cousin, and is a year older then her. Molly found out that she too was a demigod. She was at Camp with Kalliope for a bit, but then went off to join the hunters.

Despite her petite frame, Ness is very strong from pulling a bow back and firing arrows for 697 years. Her small size allows for her to be quick, and get out of bad situations quickly. But, Ness can only run for a short amount of time, and gets tired easily these days. Being 715 will do that to you. Ness is five foot four inches, and weighs a slim 119 pounds.
Ness' face is square, with a pointed chin. She has a very angled jaw, and dimples when she smiles. Her nose is much like a pigs, but facing down instead of up. She has a few light freckles dotted along her face. Ness has big eyes, that start off as a circle and then end off at a point. Her eyes are a dark chocolate brown. And, she has think pink lips.
Personality
Ness can be cold at first, but truly does love the company of others. She is very interested in security and peaceful living for those whom she loves. But, Ness is extremely thorough. And she can be responsible and dependable. After 715 years, Ness is has very well-developed powers of concentration and is usually interested in supporting and promoting traditions and establishments. She is well-organized and hard working, and can work steadily towards identified goals. She can usually accomplish any task once she has set her mind to it.
Minor Flaws
Ness can be judgmental, and is a gossiper. She likes talking about other's personal lives with others. Besides, what else is a girl supposed to do for 715 years?

Ness is known for her ego, and is often full of herself. She's very meddlesome, and often involves herself involved with other's to make sure that the outcome goes the way she want's to.

History
When Ness was born, Scotland was currently in rebellion, and the Wallace's were at the head of it. Her mother, Edna of Wallace, ran from where most of the fighting was, and to the highlands of Scotland to raise her two children. Every day Ness and Duff would here much about the rebellion, and every day their mother, Edna worried about her children's safety. She had always thought that one day the fighting would reach them, and her son Duff would be taken away by the army, whether it be people from the rebellion, or the English.
At the age of seven, Ness's mother fell ill. And Ness and Duff feared the worst. They thought that when the winter was over, they would be orphaned. But Edna was strong, and she managed to survive to see another year. Rumors of the rebellion had begun spreading up near where the three were living. Edna wanted to take her children and run. Ness was frightened by the thought of war, but Duff was excited for it. He was ready to pledge his life to the rebellion and get the English finally out of Scotland. But Edna wasn't about ready to see her ten-year-old son signed up for rebellion. So instead, they fled.
Ness spent most of her life running from the fighting, or skirmishes that were going on. Once it seemed that things died down, Ness and her mother settled down. As soon as Duff was 15, he signed up for the rebellion, and was killed three years later. Though Edna and Ness lived peacefully in the lowlands. The Strathclyde district, to be exact. While Ness was in the woods collecting food for her and her mother, she came across Artemis and her hunters. Artemis claimed that she would have a good life with them, and would be a good hunter. Ness had some skill with hunting, after all. When Ness told her mother about the chance of a better life, Edna wanted to sign Ness up immediately. And so that day, Ness became immortal and left her life of running behind.
Family
Edna- Edna was Ness's mother. She died in one of the Scottish rebellion war's at the age of thirty-two.
Duff- Duff was Ness's older brother. He died a few years after Ness had become a huntress in one of the rebellions.
