To superpower, or not to superpower?

Basically, choose a superpower. Then the next person gets to chose the conditions of using that superpower. Repeat.

Rules:
1. Please post your condition in reply to the original comment so that they're easy to locate.
2. Don't apologize for giving people conditions.
3. Don't be mean about it either.
4. No conditions that completely negate the power. (e.g. You can only use invisibility when no one's around, or you can only use time travel forward at a rate of one second per second.)

Okay. xD Hmm...you can fly, but your clothes can't.

I want super-strength. :D

You can have super strength, but only in your legs.

I want to have super speed.

You can have super speed but no super stamina!

I want to be able to turn invisible

You can turn invisible, but you can only turn invisible for 10 minutes at a time. No more, no less.

I want to be able to read minds

You can read minds, but only of those of animals.

I want to control fire :D

You can control fire, but only while bare-footed.

I want to control electro-magnetic energy :D

You can control said energy but, only on the last day of the year

I want to make cats poof out of thin air :3

Granted, but then they attack you.

I want to have laser eyes 8D

You have lazer eyes, but you have no control over when they activate or deactivate.

I want to be able to walk through walls.

You can walk through walls, but only through wooden walls.

I wanna talk to animals.

You can talk to animals but only when naked in the presence of Obama!
I want to have x-ray vision!

You can use x-ray vision, but only at the most inconvenient times

I want to shape shift into different people.

You can shift in to other people, but only people you hate.

I want to be able to breathe under water.

you can breath under water ONLY when someone is with you...

i want control over time and space...
