I'm really not all that sorry, actually :V

YEAH, I REALLY HATE STUPID PEOPLE. Okay, so in french today we were doing this excercise where we went around the room saying, "Je suis ... [insert an adjective such as 'belle' or 'fatigue']" and you also had to repeat what the person in front of you said. So it'd be said like this, "Il/Elle est [adjective]. Je suis [adjective]." Okay, we've been doing this for two days now. It's getting a little tiring. So this girl that sits next me goes, "Okay... so il est penible. Je..." and just trails off because she doesn't know what comes next. And I'm sitting there like, "CONJUGATE ETRE." And she just sits there. So, finally I turn to her and just blurt out, "It's 'Je suis.' You just conjugate. That's all we're doing." AND SHE LOOKS AT ME WITH THE MOST CLUELESS EXPRESSION.

DOES ANYONE UNDERSTAND HOW FRUSTRATING THIS IS FOR ME? TO SIT THERE AND TRY NOT TO STAB MYSELF BECAUSE OF EVERYONE ELSE AROUND ME LIKE HOLY CRAP. Let me take my pencil and give myself a lobotomy because it's ridiculous. And some of the questions that get asked in my AP classes. I cannot even. Holy.

Can I attend AP French at your school? D:

But omfg, I have the same problem. After a year of slepakin French EVERY DAY at school, she still asks, "How do you say 'we went'" like what. You've had 4 months last year tocperfect your past tense. And ÊTRE of all verbs. I understand if you're talking about a completely irregular verb like 'pouvoir' in imparfait. But holy crap some people are stupid.

I'm sure that's frustrating, but I feel bad for her. ): I'm in Spanish this year, getting my high school credits before I go because thinking ahead yes, and diffident languages don't click at all for anyone. It's also a motivation thing. I'm in all AP, though I'm dropping to Pre-AP math and science next year, and in my Spanish class there are a lot of . . . less bright people. I get having to put up with it and being annoyed, but they're just horribly confused, and probably very embarrassed that they don't know what's going on.

But ugh, I hate having to wait and knowing the answer. It's igualmente! If someone says mucho gusto or encantada, you say igualmente. I get that.
