| Like maybe they can be born with cancer/receive cancer but since they are half god, they won't catch anything like that?
Yeah, I'm developing another character, and the guy is going to have a twin that has a cancer.
But since it's a twin sister, then that practically means they are fraternal twins.
So could it be possible for a demigod get a mortal twin then?

| Well, there's a demigod character before who suffered from cancer so yes, it's possible for them to have the disease. As for the mortal twin, I'll also say it's possible. Twins can have different fathers (read about it here) so it's okay for the demigod to have a mortal twin whose father is also a mortal. | |
