Zinah Grace Bayer walked out of her room with yet another sheet of paper, this time holding a pencil in her other hand. She walked slowly to a table she had set in the middle of the room earlier that day and set the paper down and thought of what exactly she should write. And then it came to her:
Hello, it's Zinah Bayer, you're new Cabin Leader! Just wanted to get a list of everyone's names so that I can keep track of everyone! So, please write your name, age, and gender down on the next available line for me? Okay, thanks! Talk to all of you soon and thanks for taking the time to write your name down for me!!

Zinah continued the numbers until she got to twenty, which went all the way down the page. She set the pencil down and walked away, hoping people would start to fill the paper down. She skipped over to her door, and before going in she turned to make an announcement. She raised her voice, but in an informative way, "Attention all Cabin 17 campers! I am Zinah Bayer, you're new cabin leader, and I have an announcement. On the table in the center of the living room lies two things: a pencil and a sheet of paper. Please read the sheet of paper and fill it out as soon as possible. Thank you for your consideration and I hope to speak to all of you soon!" With that, Zinah walked into her room and closed the door behind her.
