Charity nodded. "Okay." She started walking through the cabin courtyard, her hand in Christians. It was sort of awkward really, she didn't know how to start a conversation. She usually just teased and joked around, insulting people. She'd never had a serious, heart-felt conversation. Charity looked up at the sky, sighing. The stars were coming out, and she could see the moon.

Christian started walking with Charity. It was a nice time for walk. The air was cool and you wouldn't sweat. He grinned at Charity and noticed the awkwardness. He could also the moon and stars like Charity. He grinned because he remembered something. "Do you want to go to that basketball game?" He asked.

"As long as we don't get almost killed again, sure." She smiled, which was turining out to be not so rare anymore. Charity started to pull Christian back to the cabin. "I can't go to a basketball game in my pajama's, Christian." She was laughing. Charity opened the cabin door, to one kid smoking and the other begging for a smoke. She grabbed the cigarette and broke it in half. "No smoking in the cabin." Then, she proceeded to get into some actual clothing beforing leaving.

Christian agreed with Charity. He really hoped he wouldn't get killed this time. Charity got him back to reality when she started pulling him to their cabin. When Charity said she was in he pajamas he totally forgot about that part. "Oh, right." He said. When they got inside two kids were smoking. It wasn't like he saw that a billion times. Then when he saw Charity take care of it was a bit happy that a girl was telling them what to do.

Charity took her clothes into the small bathroom and got changed. She pulled on a pair of lime green skinny jeans with a skull tank. A more toned down outfit of hers. She wasn't going to wear a tutu, that would take up her seat and half of Christians. Plus, everyone would look at her, and thats the last thing she wanted. Charity came out of the bathroom, slipped on her Dr.Martens and a robot pendant. "K, I'm ready." She looked at Christian, then turned to the two boys who were smoking. "Some people are allergic to that, y'know." They grunted and left the room.

When Charity left to go change, he went to his bed and sat on it. When the bathroom door closed the two kids that started smoking each pulled out a new cigarette. "You guys do know that you could put the cabin on fire with that stuff." Christian said. He didn't want his cabin to tuned to burnt pieces. "So who cares?" One of them said. "Fine then. Set your home on fire." He said. Then the door opened and Charity came out. The two boys grunted and then Charity said that people could be allergic to that. He didn't even know that. "Come on Charity. We might want to leave before they set our house on fire."He said.

She nodded and before leaving, just to put it through their heads, said "I happen to have and Asthma and am allergic to that." She smirked and started to walk toward the door. Charity grabbed her snapback hat that had the basketball teams name and logo on the front. "So, when does the game start?" She opened the door, stepping out into the fresh, evening air.

He grinned when Charity said that so they could say that. If they actually happened to put their home on fire he would literally kill them and just say something else happened. But let's hope for the best. When Charity put on her snapback he couldn't help, but add, "Nice snapback." He grinned. "The game starts at 8:00. It's 7:30 now. We can walk there. It takes about 30 minutes to get there. Oh by the way are you going to run for cabin leader?" He asked.

She smiled maliciously. "I stole it from Lids." Charity fixed the sizing, unsnapping it then snapping it again. She then craned her neck, to see the stupid smokers. To her surprise, they'd put the cigs out. "Yeah. I wasn't going run at first because y'know, I thought I wasn't cabin leader material but, then I thought, better safe than sorry, right?" She shrugged and walked down the cabin steps, but jumping off the last one. It was something you use to do when she was younger. It made her feel like she was flying.

He grinned when she said she stole it. Then when Charity looked at the smokers he did, too. He saw the same thing as Charity. He grinned because now they wouldn't be able to put their home on fire. "Yeah. I know I would vote for you as cabin leader." He said. It would be fun if Charity was their cabin leader and Christian would make sure he would be supportive to his girlfriend. Then another thought popped up in his head, Is she my girlfriend now? Christian would be happy if she was, but he wasn't sure.

"So..." She said awkwardly while walking towards half blood hill. She didn't know how to start small talk. Much less with a guy she liked. Charity started to awkwardly admire the scenery. The pine looked beautiful during sunset. She looked down at their hands. She'd completely forgotten they were holding hands.

"So..." He said. He tried to think of a conversation starter even though it was pretty hard to think of one considering they almost talked about everything. "Do you have a pet?" He blurted out. "Sorry, it was the first thing that popped into my mind." He said lowly.

Charity chuckled and looked at him. "Uh, yeah. A husky pup named Carmela. She's probably playing at the beach right now, trying to catch fish." Out of worry, she looked behind her, seeing if Carmela was anywhere near. "How bout you? Any pets?" Charity Looked over at Christian and smiled. She wanted to lean her head on his shoulder but, her snapback was in the way, and she wasn't taking that off. So she settled for holding hands.

He grinned. Christian had always wanted a dog, but he never had the time or money for it. He was always too busy, but maybe he could buy a dog one day. "Um.... No. I don't have a pet. For now it's just me, but maybe I'll get a do sometime." He said. Then an idea popped into his mind. "I could get a dog after the game. I have plenty of money in my pocket. Do you want to help me pick a dog out?" He asked.

Charity smiled. "Sure. I suggest getting a puppy, so you can train it. Plus, their cute." She loved dogs. It was one of the things on her very short list of things that she liked enough to care about. Charity sighed. "You wanna take a taxi to the game?" Her legs were becoming tired but, they could always walk back right?

Christian agreed with Charity. It would be easier to teach a dog when they're a puppy. People always told him that if he ever happened to get a dog. Christian also wasn't sure what kind of a dog he was going to get. There was like thousands of breeds and he only knew a couple. But he decided he would see what they have at the pet shop. "Yeah, we can get a taxi. I don't mind." He said. Then luckily a taxi saw them a pulled over to the curb.

Charity smiled and jumped into the taxi. She slid over so Christian could get in. She didn't know what stadium we were at because, there was like 3 around New York. The taxi driver looked like a hobo and the taxi smelled of onions. It was revolting but, it was better than walking. "So, who's playing again?"

Christian got into the gross, smelly taxi and put on his seat belt. Then he closed the door. When the taxi driver asked the question, he totally forgot which stadium. But he knew which teams were playing. "Umm.... the Lakers and Knicks." He said. "Okay. Hold on tight." said the taxi driver. And in a matter of minutes they were there at the stadium, but they almost got into a car crash on the way there. "Are you okay Charity?" He asked.

She nodded, her eyes wide. She hadn't been in a taxi in months. Charity had forgotten what it felt like. And smelled like. She opened the taxi door and stepped out. The air was chilly. She fixed her hat and stepped onto the sidewalk. There was a short line, mostly because most people had already got here. She took Christian hand and walked up to the doors.

Christian was glad that Charity was okay because that taxi driver was driver was driving pretty fast. Christian got out of the car, passed the taxi driver a 10 dollar bill, and went inside with Charity. Christian gave the guard the tickets and soon they were inside the stadium. The stadium was pretty packed, but their seats were empty. Christian was happy because if they weren't he wouldn't be happy. Then he led Charity to their seats after he came back to reality.

Charity had never been to a basketball game. She didn't know what to expect of the stadium. So, when she entered the stadium with Christian, she gasped. "Holy s***!" She put her hand over her mouth. It was packed tight, and huge. "How did you get tickets?" She turned to Christian and smiled wide. Charity looked around the huge stadium, her eyes wide, almost big enough to pop out of their sockets.

When Charity gasped Christian asked, "Never been to a basketball game before?" Christian had been to a couple; like 4. He mostly went with his dad before he died. He remembered all those basketball games. They were the best especially since there weren't monsters there. He had also been to some baseball, soccer, and boxing games. His father was a little bit wealthy so they went to lots of games and spent time together. "It was easy. My mother bought them for me for my birthday and she said to bring a friend." He said.

Charity nodded. Bring a friend... She gave a crooked and smile and said, "So, where are we sitting?" Her eyes wander across the rows of blue plastic seats. Charity squeezed Christian's hand, and started to walk down the flights of stairs. She was still amazed by the size. Being Charity, she lived in a school dorm most of her life. She never saw anything like this. She was shipped off to camp by a nymph for gods sake.

Christian grinned. He led Charity to their seats. "We got a perfect spot." He said. They had gotten the first row. This was Christian's second time in the first row. Then he felt Charity squeezed his hand. Then he squeezed her hand. He felt like he was in love for the first time in his life.

Charity took her seat, slouching a bit. Normal Charity. She couldn't be any happier than she was right now. Sports, A...well, that was the hard part. She wasn't sure if they were dating or just friends. Christian said friends earlier. Bring a friend... Charity wasn't even sure about her feelings right now. Did she like him? Love him? She liked him, thats for sure. But, love was a strong word. Did Charity love Christian? She looked over at him, and turned her head towards the court before he could look back. Decisions, decisions.
