Just a little question about Characters...

...Because the Character Sheets forum was locked, so I cannot ask there.

So the other day I was reading about Greek mythological creatures for homework in some random textbook at school, and I stumbled upon an article about hippocampi. It said, and I quote:

"The Hippocamp (alt. Hippocampus, plural Hippocampi) is a mythological creature reoccuringly seen in Greek Mythology...In some cases, they are recorded to have the ability to change their form to that of a human of the same gender...They can change between their different forms at will."

So, I was wondering: may I make a Hippocampus OC?

Well, you are allowed to have characters that change forms, but it has to be limited. You cannot have a character that changes their form into a monster. Maybe you could have your character change shapeshift into an animal?
