I run and slip on the bank of the lake, falling on my butt. "Beat ya!" I yell at Aelia. "Looks like I'm trumping you on land and in water!"

I catch up to Andromeda. "No fair!" I yell. "I got stuck in between a horde of Hermes campers heading towards archery!"

I stick my tongue out at her and dive into the water. I love the water. This is where I was meant to be. I shoot up to the surface and order it to become like land. I stand on top and yell at Aelia, "Come on in! The water's fine!"

I do the breast stroke all the way to the tree and stop. I don't see Andy anywhere, but hey, for all I know, she could have swum halfway around the world by now.

I swim to the tree and sit at the bottom of the lake. I look up and see that Aelia has made it. I shoot up and say, "I'm going to count the first race as a tie because of those pesky Hermes kids. But I won, fair and square here!"

"Fine, fine!" I say. I glance up and notice Percy, on Blackjack. I shield my eyes and yell up, "Hey Percy, hi Blackjack!"
"Hi Andy, and Andy's friend," he laughs.
"This is Aelia, daughter of Athena," I introduce.

"Oh, stuff," he says vaguely, and flies off.
"Well, bye!" I say in a mock annoyed tone, and roll my eyes at Aelia. "Percy. Ever so mysterious," I wink.
