| Before I begin to tell you my story I must say . . . IT IS REAL! I didn't just make it up because I was bored, this really happened.
I was on the ski lift with this guy. We both ha snowboards, so the guy told us to get on. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the top if the mountain, so I decided to have a converstaion with the guy. He's in 6th grade, so he's either 11 or 12, he's blond, I could tell that he was, and he likes to snowboard, though he likes the sun to be out while he does so. I laughed, and told him about myself, and we mostly kidded around (I now have a crush on this guy, kind of; I find him wonderful). He asked me for my name, and I memorized the conversation from here:
"Allison."
"That's a pretty name. I add to know an Allison that went to CAMP with me."
"Wow, really?"
"Yup, she was cool. I guess she moved away."
"Aw, I'm sorry. What's your name?"
"Hale. It's weird, isn't it?"
"H . . . Ha . . . Hale? No, not weird. I happen to love that name."
"No way! Mos people think it's odd."
"Not odd. Coincidental. You remind menso much of Hale Drem . . ."
"Wait . . . How'd you know my last name. Though I say it like dream, but it's spelled like Drem."
"Insane."
Coincidence? Maybe. Strange? Defiantly. How do you explain these things?!?!?!?! | |
