Returning to the Dionysus Cabin [p r i v a t e]

Bellinda winced in pain as she sat up. She had been in the infirmary so long, she wondered if she'd remember her way around camp. Slowly but surely, she rose to her feet. She had to use a cane to walk, which she hated. She could still feel an ache in her abdomen, but she has gotten used to it after all this time. A few of the helpers looked relieved that she was leaving. Bell grinned sarcastically. "I'll be sure to get hurt many more times so you can help. Won't that be fun?!" she exclaimed, her voice dripping with obvious sarcasm. Bell rolled her purple eyes. Her hair had faded completely to its natural brown with just a few tints of purple on the tips of her bangs. Her makeup was gone, revealing her freckled face. The only thing that remained was her purple eyes. Her hair has also grown quite a bit and it was curled in ringlets as it naturally was. Her hair reached to about her shoulder now. Bell glanced in a mirror and grimaced. Gods...she looked horrible. 'I'm going to go to my cabin, cut and dye my hair, and plaster my face with makeup to cover these stupid freckles,' she thought irritably.

I walked into the cabin looking for Bell. It was about time for her to leave. I seen her get ready to leave and tease the workers. I chuckled lightly and walked over to her. Only thing that looked the same was those shockingly puple eyes. I tapped her shoulder. "Oh hey Freckles" I teased her lightly. I looked around the room with a slight frown. I didn't like being around sick or hurt people. Not because I didn't like hospitals but the fact that people looked pitiful and sad looking. It just makes me feel sick. But not with sypamthy, more with distaste. That made me feel bad. So overall I tried to avoid them. But yeah because I got to be loyal as crape, I've visited Bell maybe one a day or every other day at least.

Bell looked up as she heard Likos's voice and his "affectionate" nickname for her. She quickly hid her face. "No! Don't look at me until I dye and straighten my hair and put makeup on!" she said, squeaking in desperation.

I laughed and grabbed her wrist lightly. "To late" I said jokingly. I gently lightly pulled a curly lock of hair once. I wacthed the curl spring back and smiled. "What do you want to dye your hair for?" I asked with a teasing tone.

Bellinda cringed. "Because...it's brown," she said with disdain. "The color looks so dull on me. And with freckles and curly hair? I look like a brunette goldy locks.." she mumbled.

I laughed, "Sorta true, but it gives you an Innocent Sweet look also" I said. Doubting she'd really like to look 'sweet'. Letting my hands fall to my side. I eyed her cane over once, wondering how long she'd have that.

Bellinda scowled. "Exactly why I have to go back to what I used to look like. No more freckles, no more curly, brown hair.." she said, hobbling forward. She had her bag of items slung over her shoulder and a wince of pain on her face. It still hurt quite a bit to walk, but lying around wouldn't do her any good.

I shook my head with a grin and took the bag from her, "Don't kill yourself befor you get out of here" I said and walked forward to the exit. Waiting for her to make it over here.

Bellinda snatched her bag, rolling her eyes. "Just because you're all big and strong doesn'tean you have to help me. It's not the bag that hurts..it's the standing and walking and breathing that really kills me. Ironic huh?" she said in a sarcastic tone. She continued forward, glancing around. How she wished she could be out in battle...but that would probably kill her. She sighed, stopping a moment as she turned to Likos. "I'm sorry...I'm just stressed and tired of lying around...I didn't mean to be rude. You're my best friend, after all..." she said with a shy smile.

I gave a smile and a nod. "Yeah, well because I'm your best friend, You'll let me carry your bag" I took it from her again and set in on my shoulder and held it while we walked so she wouldn't grab it back. "And don't worry, I'm sure you'll get back to your old routine soon." I said with a glance down back at her.

Bell grumbled as he took the bag, but didn't try to steal it back. She hobbled in silence a moment before she let out a sigh. "I just...feel so lost. I've been alone in that infirmary for a while, besides the occassional visit from you or Will of course...but, I feel like I've taken two steps back I'm everything. Fighting, social skills, even my art...I don't know.." she said in a sad tone.

(Oh dang I forget about Arron, O.O... Meh. He's alive Or is he? )

I frowned looking down at her, "You'll get three steps ahead if you turn around and walk" I said looking forward towards her cabin. I felt kinda guilty, "I would've liked to of come visited you more, it's just. I'm not good with sick and hurt. But I really did try to come more" I said frowing looking down at her again for a moment. My sweet chocolate colored eyes soft, yet a distance hardness in them. Like they always were.

Bellinda shook her head as she continued towards the cabin. "It's fine," she said, keeping her gaze averted. She turned a moment, locking her purple eyes with his. "Happy belated Valentine's Day, by the way..." she said with a small smile. Bell, although it as out of charcter for her, had always liked Valentine's Day. It gave guys the balls to tell a girl how they felt, since they couldn't seem to do it any other day of the year.

(Well, Roxanne knew the whole time. and fused at him, She was alittle shocked, then she and Zan went to a club to forget there worries..)

I smiled, "Yea, never really been big on Valentines day. It's like theres a poisin in the air that makes you feel more out of it then a normal person. But maybe I've never really been really into someone for the day anyway" I shruged. And thought, "What about you, who's your serect Valentines?" I asked tilting my head slightly really wanting to here that.

Bell shrugged her shoulders. "Don't have one...I just like the fact that it gives your gender the balls that they don't seem to have to work up the courage to tell a girl how they feel..." she said with a slightly amused grin. "I mean...you should be able to do that all year, but aparently you have to have a special day to work up the courage for something like that," she explained, shifting her weight to her other foot.

I nodded once. "So you like it because gives us courge?" I asked and rised an eyebrow. We were getting alittle closer to her cabin and some it's made me more relexed each step closer. I looked and the now brown haired girl. "You know I think it's kinda cute, not very Bell though."

Bellinda rolled her eyes. "Well I don't think it's cute...I think it's dull. Which is why, as soon as I ge in there, I fixing it," she said. She ran her fingers through her curly hair. It felt healthier when she didn't due it and straighten it... Bell sighed, shaking her head. "Thanks for walking me here, Likos. You're welcome to come in and watch the transformation," she said with a slight chuckle. She winced, realizing that laughing still hurt.

I smiled, "I would like to wacth you change yes" I said with a smirk and followed her inside the familer cabin. And went stright to her room and put her bag on her bed. I laid down and speard out on her bed and relexed. My arm hanging of one side.

Bell hobbled in after him, setting the cane against her dresser. She rummaged though the drawers, quickly finding something to change into. She walked into the bathroom and changed before returning. She walked over to Likos with a small smirk. "Enjoy the sweetness while it lasts...for soon it will be gone," she said.

I laughed, "Thanks for the heads up Freckles" I smirked my eyes closed and relexed. I had to tease her before she competely changes her look. But a longing for one then remanded on my mind. Somthing I would just thank about. Never ask.

Bellinda rolled her eyes and hobbled to her mirror and makeup table. She dug through the drawer, quickly letting out a few choice words. "I'm put of hair dye!" she snapped in agitation. How could she be out?! Se grumbled quietly to herself. "Guess I'll just get rid of the freckles. She grabbed her bottle of cover up, quickly muttering some curse words under her breath. "I don't have enough...man, I've been gone a while," she said with a sigh. "Guess I can cut my hair.." she said saidly. Bellinda grabbed a pair of scissors, starting at her bangs. Well...since she was out of everything she needed and she can't go to the store she needs to go to until se was better, she might as well make the look work for we personality better. She chopped off the length so it was above her shoulders, cut her bangs so they swooped across her forehead, and used a bit of product to give it more volume. She grumbled irritably after she was done. "Stupid rib...if I wasn't hurt and I got a chance to go to the store then I wouldn't have to walk around like this.." she said, turning to Likos after she was done.

I looked at her curiously for a moment, "I like it, it's not to out there and not to dull" I said and patted the bed next to me, "I would sneak out and get you some, but yeah... Not the best chose, concidering, I don't even know what hair dye looks like.." I said with a hopless adorable smile.

Bellinda sat down beside him, lying on her back with a sigh. "And I would sneak out to get it myself...but I don't think you'd let me.." she said, looking up at him with a grin. Bell touched her hair, cringing a bit at the thought of what her cabin would say at the sight of her new hair. She adjusted herself so that her head was resting in Likos's lap. She sighed, looking up at him. "Now I look like a goody goody..." she said in a rather pathetic voice.

I smiled, and patted her head, "Poor thing, what do you want to look like?" I asked, I really didn't see the difference. I seen Bell. No matter how she looked she was Bell. I let my head slid down till it rested on the bed again. I played with her fingers lightly. Just running my fingers over her plam and wrist.

Bellinda averted her gaze. "I don't want to look like my mother..." she answered. She let her purple gaze lock with Likos's. She had a look of desperation to look different than the woman she hated so much. I can't look like her...I just can't.." she said with a sigh. She shut her eyes, taking in a few deep breaths as she tried to calm herself.
