The Grave of the Twins Empty
PostSubject: The Grave of the Twins   The Grave of the Twins I_icon_minitimeMon Feb 21, 2011 11:18 am

It had been only hours after the battle that the body of Jared Reed had been recovered and placed in a second grave next to his twin, Emma Reed. Both had lived a full life filled with joy. As the last people paid their respects one did the unsuspected, their mother. She cut her wrist and let the drops of blood land on each of the roses on their grave in turn. They were meant as a message to Ares. To let him know that his war had killed her children. That because of him they'd been involved in the horrible war and had been killed. The roses quivered for a second and then returned to their normal position looking still and beautiful. Their mother kissed their grave stones with her warm lip carefully and left. As snow set in the roses covered over with frost and snow, their tombstones covered and hidden under all the ice and snow that was lying over the perimeter outside of campus like a blanket sleeping deeply on the dead, covering them.
