How do you post a sticky? I'm trying to make one in my cabin, but I don't think Inan gave me the power to moderate my cabin?

When you create a new post, right underneath where you would write the text is a box that says "Options". In that box you'll find something that says "Post thread as..."
Sticky should be one of the options listed after that.
