Getting out of the cabin (Apollo)

"Nice," I say respectfully. "So the big thing is not to burn your arms off?" I laugh, my crazy hair getting in my eyes.

I just smile when she comes down. But I notice the new kid whispering and glancing at me. Of course, just because I wasnt her brother or anything. I growl softly under my breath. Trying to cover up my anger, "I...gotta go." But that fact of leaving Lexis, made me falter. I figured, a few minutes later, we would have time together later, with out the snappy girl. "See ya." I say trying to be casual, and walk off to the Zeus cabin.

I chuckle softly at her question, and wonder, What made her so out going when she just got here?! It might be a good thing, but it could also get her in alot of trouble...right now, its making me feel better. I think decisivly. "Our mom." I whisper back smirking. Then he turns and leaves, I shake my head, and bite my lip, knowing he probably didnt have a good reason for getting upset over a little teasing. "Dont worry about, he's just trying to make you feel bad." I tell Sabrena, teasingly, but the smile had dissappeared from my face. I turn, and walk up to the wall cracking my neck. I jump up a few feet and grab onto a hand hold. My legs expertly find the small crevices to stick into that werent noticeable from looking at it. My mind flashes back to all the times I had climbed this wall. The first week I got here, and had to have somebody lift me up just to get the first handle. A few years later, when I raced Arron, and barely lost. The time I came out at night, when no one was watching and made it up and down in record time, but when morning came, no one believed me and I almost made my self think it hadnt happened. But every other time I have climbed the wall, my initials are still carved onto the rim, and the time it took me. My mind wanders, and before I know what I am doing, I had dodged the lava, and not injured at all, standing back at the bottom gesturing for Sabrena to go.

I Wacthed Emery leave, then my face seemed to go back to it's expreesionless galre as I looked at the new kid for a moment, COle licked my leg, just noticing he was here I patted his head and he barked, loud for a little puppy

I let Lexis take over and heal her. "She has a good point." I tell her, knowing that rushing, is dangerous.

I look around at everyone and clear my throat. Anybody else wanna go? I'm ready to kick some butt. I ask, not too worried for Sabrena. Being an Apollo kid, she's heal quickly. It takes some practice. You'll get used to it. My first time was bad. Much worse, don't worry. I whisper to Sabrena.

I smile and rub my hands together dramatically. I push myself to the front of the Apollo crowd. I look back and smile. Everyone, wish me luck! I lean down and slip on my old Nike Shocks. I grab the first first rock and begin my climb up.
