I had excited camp with Oz following close behind. "We need to find a bus depot so we can get tickets. " I say, adjusting my bag ever so slightly. I groan as i realize i have no clue where the bus depot is.

Oz shrugged, and pulled his guitar strap onto his shoulder. "Don't ask me. I'm blind," he said, pointing at his eyes. He stood, and felt slight vibrations. He listened, and could hear bus wheels. He took off his shoes, and felt the ground underneath his feet. He curled his toes, and felt the vibrations pulse through his feet. "Actually, there's one this way," he said, starting to walk in the direction of the bus. He turned around, waiting for X to start walking.

I watch Oz, dumbfoundedly, before following him. "Not going to ask, I merely accept it." I say shocked. I look up and realize that we're infront of a bus depot. "Shoes on Oz, then we can enter and get us some tickets."

Oz grinned when they arrived at the bus depot. He elbowed X's arm, and slipped his shoes back on. "The work of a blind man," he said.  He wiggled his toes, and sighed, wishing he could walk barefoot wherever he went. He walked around, and heard all the buses around him. It made him uncomfortable, all of his senses mixing together. He tugged on X's sleeve.

"Let's go inside. All the buses are messing up my senses," he said, starting to get a headache.

"Alright come on." I replied, shving the doors in, scowling and walking to the counter. I told the clerk where we were going and paid about 20-30 dollars for the tickets. "Come on, we got a gray hound in 20 25 minutes to catch. let's get out here, too many 'Mortals'." I said running a hand through my hair nervously.

Oz listened as X used a harsh voice with the people. He cringed a bit, not used to the impoliteness of X quite yet. He heard X's order to leave and waited for the door to open. "I'm sorry, about my friend. He's a bit... tempered," He apologized, and pulled the door open. He ran up behind X, and tapped him on the shoulder. "What was that, dude? You realize that we're also mortals, too, right?" he said. He held his hands out in front of him. "Yeah, I can freeze water and my mind auto-corrects Greek into English, but that doesn't make us any different than the people in there," he said, pointing towards the bus depot.

"I have a fear of crowds, and besides, my mom called them that. We're half mortal, half god. In my case, I'm more or less, 55-60 percent god." I replied with emphasis on half. I ran a hand through my hair and sighed in nervousness. I reached into my track bag and grabbed a Monster Energy Green Tea, popped it open and just downed it, like I would water after an intense sparring sesion. "That hit the spot." I sighed calming down a bit and my anxiety attack dying down.

Oz rolled his eyes, and started walking. He tried not to think of himself as god-like. He was too afraid that it would get to his head. "In that case, maybe I should do the talking. I may be blind, but I ain't mute," he said, taking a few steps ahead of X. He heard him gulp down a can of Monster. He turned around, and glared in the direction of X "You know how bad that stuff is for you? And you just drank a whole can of it," he said, turning ahead. "You, my friend, are insane."

"I was about to have a panic attack, you wouldn't want me grabbing my swords everytime I hear a noise, now would you?" I ask seriously. I shrugged at Oz's insanity comment. "I don't care if I'm insane, besides, I only drink them when i'm going to have a panic attack or something like that." I never liked them any ways, panic or anxiety attacks... they made me way too jumpy.

Oz sighed. "Okay, okay. Just, relax before you need another drink," he said. "How long till the bus gets here?" Oz asked, lifting his hand up and feeling the wind between his fingers. He had the urge to get out his guitar and start playing it, and he wanted to know if he had enough time.

"20 minutes maybe... give or take a couple minutes." I reply leaning against the bus depot's wall. "Play if you want... I don't care." I sat down and closed my eyes, but staying alert, by keeping my subconscious and conscious active on a-parrel levels.

Oz rejoiced, and set his guitar case on the ground. He got on his knees, and felt around for the latches that kept it closed. He flipped them up, and opened the case. He could smell the wood of the guitar. He smiled, and took the guitar out of the case. He sat down on the curb, and started strumming the strings, tuning each one as he heard a defect.

Once the guitar was fully tuned, and placed his fingers on each string, and strummed a chord, making sure that was in tune. Once he heard that that was in tune, he started to strum the chords for "Immortals" by Fall Out Boy, and hummed the melody while he was strumming. He was tapping his foot in time of the song, and hitting his guitar for the bass beat. He was so focused into the music. He reached the chorus of the song, and began to sing.

"cause we could be immortals, immortals.
Just not for long, for long.
And if we meet forever now, pull the blackout curtains down.
Just not for long, for long.
We could be immortals, immortals, immortals, immortals."

he sang loudly, not afraid of anyone hearing him. He wasn't any son of Apollo, but he wasn't a terrible singer. He continued to play random chords on his guitar that made no sense in the order that he played.

I smiled faintly as Oz sang and played his guitar. I let out all of my stress that was building up, and released all of my tension. "You know, I can't remember the last time I was relaxed." I said, releasing a content sigh. I was, for the first time since my mom died, well and truly happy.

Oz leaned back, resting his guitar on his chest. He listened to the world around him; the wind swirling in his ears and cars passing by the depot at high speeds. These were all normal sounds for Oz. If anyone else had heard that, they probably would have been scared to death. "Well, I'm glad that I was the one that helped you relax. It seems kind of ironic, the fact that I'm blind but I can help people relax. If anything, I would expect people to be more on nerve when I'm around, worried that I'll screw things up because of my... disability," Oz said. He clung onto those words. Words he thought he'd never say.

He faced straight ahead, listening to the cars passing by.
"Is the bus anywhere close?"

I looked around a bit, before standing up. "Should be here in about, five to ten minutes." He said bending over at his waist, stretching, before he straighten, and turned, ever so slighty to the left, before his spine made a series of cracking noises. "Ow~!" He groaned, before rubbing his back. X made a quick mental note, to never stretch again, after sitting for ten-fifteen minutes.

The blind boy listened as X stood up and stretched. He chuckled under his breath as he heard the cracking from X's spine and his complaining. "It's really weird to hear someone pop their back when your blind. It's really detailed, maybe what you would say about a picture..." Oz said, standing up. He felt around for his guitar case, and set his guitar back into the case. He latched it closed, and slung the guitar over his shoulder, standing next to X. He was humming a tune while waiting. He heard X's breathing, and turned towards it, so he would be facing his silver-haired companion. "Y'know, if you ever need help calming down, just tell me. I'll pull out my guitar and start playing."

"I'll think about it." He chuckled. He knelt and grabbed his bag. he fiddled with the zipper, before opening the bag. "I think i have about one hundred feet of bandages on my swords, so about two hundred feet of bandages. We may need some ambrosia. i only grabbed what remained of my nectar." He said zipping the bag shut and slinging the straps over his shoulder.
