If i make my character unclaimed do i choose when he gets claimed or the admins.

Yup. You choose. The most appropriate time would probably be when you get some friends to rp with you at the camp fire, and then declare his claiming then. Also, don't forget to change that he is claimed on the character form!

Not everyone is claimed! There are plenty who aren't, but a plot would be a good idea.
