I was just walking around the cabin courtyard. With nothing to do. No one in the Aphrodite Cabin was there. So then I was just wandering around the camp. Even though I memorized half the Camp. I still wanted to explore the rest of the camp. I sat down on a bench and took in the beautiful sunset.

"I've been through a lot."

I walked into the courtyard with my hands in my pockets, kicking rocks. I felt lonely. I hadn't seen Willow (the girl I was in love with) or Damon (my best friend/ the guy I almost stole Willow from) in forever. I figured I had no purpose what so ever in life. I was just a wimpy son of Ares. Not that much skill except fighting, which I never really did, only practice. Then I noticed a girl with curly brown hair sitting on a bench. I walked over and sat down. "Hi. I'm Bredan."

I noticed someone coming toward and sat down next to me. "Hi. I'm Layla." I said. I sat down not knowing what to say or do.
