FIRST THINGS FIRST, IT'S GONNA BE KINDA LIKE THE BOOK AND TWO TRIBUTES, IF THEY'RE FROM THE SAME DISTRICT, CAN BE THE WINNERS. I GET TO BE ONE OF THE VICTOR'S CUZ I'M JUST THAT COOL. I NEED A GUY TRIBUTE FOR MY RP CHARRIE'S DISTRICT THOUGH. SOOO YEAH HERE'S THE FORM: (WE'RE STARTING AT THE REAPING FOR EACH DISTRICT)
