"Oh umm... Yeah, I'm Terry, nice to meet you..." My voice trailed off a bit, I had to admit that I was a bit taken aback. No one has ever really asked me for my help before. Turning in the direction of the voice I heard, I smiled, "What could I do then?"

"Music?" I rubbed my chin thoughtfully, "Do you mean like music selection or... y'know DJing. 'Cause I'm not too good with those turn tables. Well, not that I've ever tried but..." I pointed at my eyes.

"You can help with music selection." I say. Suddenly my phone rings. "Hold on a sec." I answer my phone. It's Dahlia. She says that Maris, she means Zia is blind and that her dad is Prometheus. "Oh my goodness! Is she ok?" I ask Dahlia through the phone. "She's fine." Dahlia says. "Can she help with music selection?" I ask through the phone. "Sure." Dahlia says. "Great! Bye." I say, closing the phone. "Terry, is it ok if my friend Zia helps with music selection too? Just cause she's uh, sight impaired." I say trying to be polite.

I hear ringing, I guess that must be a phone. She sounds pretty concerned, wonder what could be going on? Soon enough, she begins talking to me again, asking if her friend could help with the music too. "You don't even have to ask, I could use some company, you know."
All the while, I can't help but wonder... What did she mean by sight impaired?

i suddenly realize that im day dreaming and jerk my self back into reality. "oh. um..hello terry. im Desmia."i say shyly. "Hey Desmia," I smile in the direction of the most recent speaker. I turn back towards the first girl, "Oh, so she's blind? You don't gotta beat around the bush, there's nothing wrong with being upfront." I pause a bit, realizing I never caught her name, "By the way, what's your name?"

I walk into the room holding Zia's hand tightly. "Hi guys! Sorry I took so long, I had to stop at Chiron's place." I say. I sit down in a chair and Zia sits down next to me. "Zia are you ok?" I ask, calmly whispering in her ear. Zia's smile fades and a look of pure sadness is left on her face.

Dahlia leads me into the council room and sits down next to me. I hear some voices that I recognize, Daria, Dahila, and Desmia. But there is another voice, and I can tell that the kid is blind. "I know how it feels." I say to the kid. I lift my head up and I feel so sad. This isn't just me suffering here.

i look up. "ok. the demeter kids are getting the goodies. i have to meet them tomorrow in the kitchen

i walk in looking for the party planning room. "hiya!" i say "this is the party planning room right? my brother brad told me to come and help."

"That's great! Oh hi Julia!" I say, smiling at everyone. "Does anyone know any recipes?" I ask. I look around the room, waiting for someone to speak up.

I raise my hand slightly. "I know a recipe." I say quietly. It gets hard to talk to people that you can't see. I take what I think is the recipe out of my pocket, trying to find it as quickly as possible. "Here. It's a recipe for cinnamon cookies, I think you'll like it." I say, trying to put the recipe on the table.
